Using the service

TagGen provides free text-processing utilities for tags and hashtags. You may use them for personal and commercial content without charge and without attribution.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, to scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or to republish the site's written content as your own.

Your content

You keep all rights to the text you enter and to the tags the tools produce from it. Because processing happens in your browser, we never receive or store that content and claim no licence over it.

No guarantee of results

Tag suggestions are generated by fixed text rules. They are starting points for your own judgement, not predictions of reach, ranking or engagement. TagGen makes no promise that using its output will improve the performance of your content.

Platform rules are yours to follow

Each platform has its own policies on tagging, spam and misleading metadata. You are responsible for making sure what you publish complies with the rules of the platform you publish on.

Availability

The site is provided as-is and as-available. We may change, suspend or remove tools at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TagGen is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including lost reach, lost revenue or removed content.
