TagGen produces suggestions from transparent text rules. It is a drafting aid, not a source of platform data or performance guarantees.
No live platform data
TagGen is not connected to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest or any other platform's API. It cannot see how many posts use a hashtag, how competitive a term is, or what is trending right now.
For that reason you will never find search volume, difficulty scores, reach estimates or trend graphs anywhere on this site. Any tool claiming to offer those numbers needs a live data source, and we would rather tell you plainly that we do not have one.
How suggestions are produced
Generators expand your topic using fixed vocabularies and predictable patterns. Extractors count words and adjacent word pairs in the text you paste. Formatters apply the transformations you select. Every result is reproducible: the same input and settings always give the same output.
Check before you publish
Always review suggestions before using them. A generated hashtag may already be in use for something unrelated, may be inappropriate in another language, or may simply not describe your content. Campaign tags in particular should be searched manually on every platform you plan to use.
No professional advice
Guides on this site reflect our experience and publicly documented platform behaviour at the time of writing. Platforms change frequently. Nothing here is marketing, legal or financial advice.
